Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — 25 CVs, 2 jobs, and 3 AI match runs per day, forever. No credit card required to sign up.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days your account reverts to the Free plan limits. You keep all your data. Subscribe any time to restore full access.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page — you retain access until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically. No cancellation fees.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is one team member who can log in. The account owner counts as 1 seat. Starter is single-user; Team allows up to 5 seats.

Is my candidate data private and secure?

Yes. Each company's data is fully isolated in its own database schema. We never use your data to train AI models. GDPR-compliant with right-to-erasure support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Upgrades take effect immediately via Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Manage everything from the Billing page in your dashboard.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Contact hello@rekvo.io or use the billing page in your dashboard to switch.

What AI models power Rekvo?

Rekvo uses state-of-the-art large language models for CV parsing, candidate matching, and the AI chat. Your data is never used to retrain any model.
